Please look out for an email from Surpass from Monday 9am BST onwards which gives you your username and enables you to set your password for BTL Surpass.
Please note, the link will expire after 2 hours. However, you can still click on the link which will take you to the Surpass homepage where you can then reset your account yourself by clicking on "Can't access your account" on the login page.

BTL Service Desk can support:
- Any issues relating to SecureClient or Web-Delivery (Surpass) examples, any errors on installation, issues with uploading the exam back into Surpass and invalid keycodes.
BTL Service Desk cannot support:
- Hardware issues such batteries running out, unsupported devices, rescheduling of exams.
Please note: the BTL Service desk will be available from 8am to 5pm (UK time), Monday 12 – Thursday 15 July.
Please make sure to let the team know that your centre is supporting a Cambridge Assessment Pilot.
An 'Issue log' needs to be completed before contacting the BTL Service Desk. This can be either emailed to BTL or when phoning, the form will be spoken through.
