Incorrect details on Statement of Results
BMAT
Results are made available to candidates using the Metritests portal. In order to log into the portal, you need to use the login details provided to you on the day of the test.
If you have lost your Candidate Results Information sheet, please contact us providing the following information:
- name of test you took
- your full name
- your date of birth
- your UCAS ID (if available)
BMAT results are shared with UK universities and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine automatically, based on the universities selected during registration.
BMAT candidates applying to non-UK universities (except Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine) need to log into Metritests and select the institutions they want the results shared with.
Please speak to your chosen university to find out what the deadline for sharing your results is.
We are unable to add or remove universities in the UK or Lee Kong Chian, who will receive your exam results. If you have applied to a university that was not selected on your BMAT registration form, please provide the university with your entry number (starting with B) – the university will then request your results from us directly.
Once results have been released and shared with a university, it is not possible to un-share them.
If a university is not listed on the portal, you will need to send them your results manually. Please speak to the university directly to find out how you can do that.

TSA, TSA Section 1, ELAT
Results for these exams are released to candidates on the Candidates Results Online portal. On the day of the test your centre should have provided you with a Candidate Results Information (CRI) document containing your unique candidate information. The document provides you with instructions and log-in details for the Candidates Results Online portal.
If you do not have your unique candidate information, or mislaid it, please contact the Exams Officer at the centre where you took your test - they should be able to access and print your Statement of Results and the accompanying Explanation of Results for you.
Please note that if you took TSA or TSA Section 1 in November 2020 as remotely proctored, you would have been sent your Confidential Results Information via email.
If you did not receive the email, please contact us providing the following information:
- name of test you took
- your full name
- your date of birth
- your UCAS ID (if available)
Special Considerations
Candidates had until 11 November to submit requests for special considerations and we are unable to accept any requests after that date.
We review the information provided to see if the circumstances reported have impacted negatively on the candidate’s performance. If we believe that there has been a negative impact, we will advise the institution(s) of a severity level between 1 (low impact) to 5 (high impact) in accordance with guidelines provided for awarding bodies.
We cannot enter into discussion with centres, candidates or their representatives on the level of Special Consideration which should be indicated to the institution(s).
We do not make any adjustments to the candidates' scores.
Result Enquiry
Candidates who took BMAT, TMUA or CTMUA can submit a request for a result enquiry if they believe that there has been an error in the processing or reporting of their results.
A results enquiry should be submitted by the centre, on behalf of the candidate, by completing an online Results Enquiry form.
The form will be made available on 27 November 2020.
If the test was taken at an open centre or at another location via remote proctoring, the form may be submitted directly by the candidate. A request for a results enquiry must be received by us within five working days of the results release date.
