Making a change to your personal details
If you would like to change any of the details you registered with (for example, your chosen universities, or your UCAS ID), please contact the centre that registered you. The Exams Officer will be able to make these changes on your behalf up until the test day by using the entry amendment form on the Entries Extranet platform.
Changing to a different admissions test
If you need to change the test you are taking, please contact the centre that registered you. Your centre will be able to register you for the correct test. If the request is made after the 30 September, your centre will need to contact us for assistance.
Changing test centre
If you need to take your test at a different centre, you must ensure that the new centre registers you for the test before 30 September. We would also recommend that you contact the centre that originally registered you for the test and let them know that you will not be attending there - they will then be able to withdraw your entry.
You need to discuss refunds of any fees with your original centre directly. Please note that the centre may keep any administration fees they have charged you.
It is not possible to change your centre after the registration deadline on 30 September 2022.
Withdrawing from the test
Please note, the final deadline for withdrawals is 30 September at 18:00 UK time.
If you are registered for BMAT or TMUA and you cannot attend the test for medical or compassionate reasons, please get in touch with your centre as soon as possible. Your centre may request a refund of your entry fee. This will be subject to approval and your centre will be informed of the outcome.
