This article contains guidance for candidates who have lost their unique candidate details (including PIN) required to access results.
Please note that results are released for BMAT, TSA, TSA S1, STEP, ELAT, CTMUA and TMUA only.
Candidate Results Information (CRI)
Candidates taking some of our exams were provided with a Confidential Results Information (CRI) document. This document lists your unique candidate information and provides instructions for accessing your exam results.
BMAT November, TMUA, CTMUA candidates
If you do not have your unique candidate information, please contact us providing the following information:
- name of test you took
- your full name
- your date of birth
- your UCAS ID (if available)
STEP, ELAT, TSA, TSA S1 candidates
If you do not have your unique candidate information, or mislaid it, please contact the Exams Officer at the centre where you took your test - they should be able to access and print your Statement of Results and the accompanying Explanation of Results for you.
Please note that if you took TSA or TSA Section 1 in November 2020 as remotely proctored, you would have been sent your Confidential Results Information via email.
If you did not receive the email, please contact us providing the following information:
- name of test you took
- your full name
- your date of birth
- your UCAS ID (if available)
