If the test you need to take is not on the list, then it is not administered by Admissions Testing (for example LNAT, SAT, UCAT). You will need to contact the exams board responsible for your test.
How to register at a centre
You will need to register for the test via an authorised test centre that will administer the test on our behalf.
If you are in the UK, your school may be a test centre - please check with the Exams Officer in the first place.
If your school is not authrorised to administer our tests, or you are no longer in school, you will need to contact one of the centres listed on our Find a Centre page.
The centre will be able to provide you with more information about the registration process, any applicable fees, start times and address of the venue where the test will be administered.
Please note that if there is no test centre in your immediate area, you will have to consider travelling to the nearest centre. Test centres may have limited spaces, so we recommend registering for your test as soon as the registration opens.
How to register through Metritests
Metritests is a web based platform. Please follow the instructions on the portal - you will need to create an account first, then select your test and location where you'd like to take it.
Please note that the list of test centres and locations shown on Metritests is final and we are unable to add any other locations.
All test locations have limited spaces, so we would recommend that you register as early as possible. If your preferred location does not have any spaces left, you will need to travel to another location.
The final step of the registration process is payment, which is processed via the Metritests portal. You can pay for your test using one of the payment cards below:
- Any card with the Visa symbol (including prepaid cards).
- Any card with the MasterCard symbol (including prepaid cards).
- Any card with Maestro symbol.
- Any JCB and Electron cards.
It is not possible to pay for a test via a bank transfer, cheque or cash.
If your chosen test requires you to register via your university, any information regarding the registration process will be provided to you by the university directly.
