After 18:00 UK time on 29 September you can only formally withdraw candidates due to medical or compassionate reasons.
For candidates registered for NSAA, ENGAA, TSA and TSA S1 you do not need to submit the withdrawal form. Please mark any candidates unable to take these tests as Absent on the attendance register.
If the entry was for BMAT or TMUA you must complete the form linked to in Entries Extranet.
To access the form, find the candidate to be withdrawn in the entries overview page and select Submit withdrawal request from the dropdown.
You may be required to upload medical evidence.
You will be notified of the outcome via email once the withdrawal request has been processed. If the request is approved, the entry will be withdrawn from Entries Extranet and your centre will be issued a credit note for the entry fee if the entry was for BMAT or TMUA.
