This article contains information regarding entry fee reimbursement for candidates taking BMAT or TMUA in November 2021.
Institutions using these tests want to ensure that the entry fee is not a barrier to access or widening participation.
In some cases, we can reimburse registration fees based on ability to pay. We reimburse standard entry fees to eligible candidates.
You will need to pay the entry fee when registering for the test; this will be reimbursed to you if you are eligible for reimbursement.
Please note that the reimbursement will be issued after the test has taken place, upon confirmation that you have sat the test.
If you register via an exam centre you may be asked to pay the registration fee. Once your centre has provided you with the entry number, please submit the reimbursement form below.
You will receive an email with the outcome of your application. Your exam centre will be sent a credit note to waive your registration fee close to the test day. Please note that we will not reimburse any centre administration fees.
If your request for reimbursement is approved, you will need to contact your centre close to the test day to arrange the refund of the registration fee.

The reimbursement application form for 2021 will be available to access from this article when entries for the session open on 1 September.

The reimbursement application deadline will be 15 October 2021.
