If you need to notify us of a change of Examinations Officer at your centre, or to inform us of a change in your centre’s name or address, you need to complete a change of details request form.
Change of Exams Officers: the outgoing exams officer will need to complete this form prior to their departure. If the outgoing exams officer is no longer at your institution the new exams officer should contact us to request access.
